Shipping policy

We efficiently ship in collaboration with our shipping partners DHL, UPS, GEL, DPD. You can track your shipment online and every package is fully insured.

 

All bikes are carefully wrapped and packaged into robust paperboard boxes. We ship full bikes in big boxes 150x30x100cm - only the front wheel and pedals are disassembled and the handlebar turned to fit into the box.

Please note that we need 1-3 working days for packaging the bikes. Delivery times are typically 7-15 days depending on custom duties. You will receive a link to track the shipping after check out.
